This framework defines how they all work together before, during, and after a disaster to meet the long-term recovery needs of Missouri’s impacted residents, businesses, and communities.

General Disaster Information
Providing information about the March 2025 storms
Provides emergency preparedness information for Lake County. Coordinates emergency management activities including planning, preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation. Also serves as the central point of contact for receiving reports of incidents that occur within jurisdiction.
Provides disaster updates to community members. Offers in need of updates on emergency services, evacuations, shelter, and community centers. Also provides a list of disaster resources to community members. Call 2-1-1 for more details.
Center for Disaster Philanthropy has a Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Page with information for funders to consider in donating to a Ukraine fund.

Provides the following Emergency Disaster Services, meals and beverages to first responders and survivors in the immediate aftermath and recovery phases of disaster, food boxes during prolonged disaster recovery, shelter for survivors of more severe disasters, assistance to survivors in navigating disaster social services to address essential needs, medical expenses, insurance processes, and more and spiritual comfort and emotional support upon request to survivors and emergency workers.
