Acting as St. Louis City/County's VETERAN homeless services front door or entry point. Assesses VETERAN's for homeless services they may be eligible for, including emergency shelters.
Coordinated Entry: assess individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless with finding temporary and permanent housing.
