AgeOptions provides programming tailored to the needs and interests of participants at each site.

Oak Park Township Home Delivered Meal Program is more than a nutritious meal program, it's a friendly check-in from a trusted staff member or volunteer who delivers the meal. Meals are provided for individuals aged 60 and older (regardless of income) who have trouble getting around or preparing their own food. Meals include protein, vegetables, 1% milk or 100% juice, whole grain bread, and fruit. Special diets, including vegetarian, pescatarian, lactose-free, mechanical soft, and pureed meals are accommodated.

JenCare Senior Medical Center provides primary health care services to the senior community. Transportation to and from appointments is available by request. Pharmacy services are available on-site.
Village of Berkeley offers Senior Coupons in partnership with American Taxi Dispatch. Each coupon book has a $10.00 value. The senior pays the Village of Berkeley $5.00 for each coupon book. Seniors may use any combination of cash and coupons to pay the full fare to the driver. The driver will turn in the coupons redeemed to American Taxi to be reimbursed. American Taxi will then bill the Village of Berkeley. Coupons can be used for any trip including airport trips. In order for trips to qualify, they must either start or finish within the Village of Berkeley.

Norwood Seniors Network has aging care experts who create peace of mind by developing solutions to meet each client's unique and complex needs. As people age, navigating the intricacies of the medical system becomes increasingly difficult. Their knowledgeable care managers develop long and short-term plans allowing seniors to experience the highest quality of life possible.
City of Palos Hills Community Center hosts the 39ers Club which meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Different activities are planned which include lunch, entertainment, and bingo. This program is for Palos Hills residents 55 years and older.
The Oak Park Housing Authority (OPHA) and the Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) effectively collaborate in operating rental housing that is specifically designed to serve Oak Park's low-income seniors. OPHA's Mills Park Tower and OPRC's The Oaks provide a combined total of 274 housing units for seniors who are able to live independently. Residents pay a portion of the full rental cost (30% based on their adjusted income and Federal rent subsidies provided under HUD's Public or Multi-family Housing Programs cover the balance of the rent.Each building maintains its own waiting list and uses a local residency (live or work) preference when servicing applicants from their waiting lists.
