Through onsite personal individualized case management, A Safe Haven provides adult residents and their children with access to an assigned individual case manager that will manage the assessment and coordinated services with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals with specialties including education, behavioral healthcare treatment, and mental health services, workforce development and training and job placement and housing referrals, as well as other vital resources necessary to regain stability and a fresh start.
