Health Promotion and Navigation promotes health and wellness by providing educational workshops year-round and assisting with screenings, referrals, navigation, interpretation, and transportation. Educational topics include cancer, cardiovascular disease, nutrition, osteoporosis, mental health, pre/post-natal care, nutrition, CPR, and sexually transmitted infections.
UI Health - Outpatient Care Center - Two-Generation Clinic offers social workers that work closely with doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to help address the personal, family, and social problems that may arise from or affect one's health needs and medical care.
Giving Others Dreams (GOD) provides justice-impacted women with assessments for supportive re-entry services offered through community partners as well as on-site re-entry pathway training, including basic computer literacy, social-emotional enhancement, soft skills training, job readiness assistance, job placement, financial planning, coping strategies, entrepreneurship training, and leadership and development training.
African American Christian Foundation's Support for Success program provides comprehensive supportive services to program participants designed to assist them in achieving their goals. The program provides needed support to program participants who are transitioning into employment with basic needs, such as transportation, clothing, uniforms, fee payments, work equipment, certification exams, and childcare assistance. The focus of this program is to eliminate potential obstacles hindering participants from starting a job or accomplishing their individual development plan. Supportive services are tailored to each individual's needs. Case managers are available to assess and assist participants in completing application forms and obtaining support. A portion of our general assistance is earmarked for working women with children.Housing and Rental Assistance Service - This service keeps homeless youth off the streets and out of shelters, an efficient alternative to homelessness prevention. Their agency maintains a list of local residents with a room to share with youth as well as transitional housing and independent living options.Rental or mortgage assistance is provided as well as free homeless and foreclosure prevention counseling services. Other services including housing counseling and education services, including pre-purchase, financing, and non-delinquency post-purchase counseling services are also available.

Mujeres Latinas en Acción offers the only leadership program that is designed for Spanish-speaking immigrant survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Participants develop leadership skills and self-confidence, and identify community issues and advocate for change.
N' the Spirit Transformational Living provides a Recovery Home for Women who are struggling with alcohol/substance abuse disorders, mental health, or low self-esteem, or are victims of domestic violence or sexual abuse. Their holistic approach includes 12 step programs and other means of recovery that may include medication assistance treatment (MAT). They also provide spirituality, recovery support services, low-impact aerobics, and sober fun activities that help women build a strong, stable foundation in recovery.
