HANA Center assist immigrants at varying stages of the immigration process, providing a wide array of application services: citizenship, adjustment of status, Consular processing, family petition, re-entry permit, and the smaller steps in between (passport, interpretation and "Green Card" renewal and replacement.
MALDEF has defended the rights of the Latino community in the U.S. MALDEF works in litigation, public policy advocacy, and community education in the areas of: Education, Employment, Immigrant Rights, and Political Access.They do NOT do any immigration representation (i.e. deportation; asylum; adjustment of status)
