Services for adults and children include emergency shelter (pet friendly based on availability), counseling, support groups, housing advocacy, legal advocacy (obtaining orders of protection), medical advocacy, children's services, and a 24-hr crisis hotline.

- Gaining sympathy by understanding the subjective, lived experience of a person with mental illness.

- Learning in special workshops for problem solving, listening, and communication techniques.

Offers a website that provides information and resources for the following mental illnesses including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, seasonal affective disorder, and conditions related to mental illness such as insomnia, sleep apnea, self-harm, and more. Services may also include treatments and services such as crisis services, psychotherapy, and more. A hospital guide to help individuals and loved ones navigate treatment and recovery. Veteran's resources and information, including information about PTSD, depression, traumatic brain injury, and more. 

Provides a Housing Choice Voucher Programs. The rules and regulations for the Housing Choice Voucher Program are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The purpose of the Housing Choice Voucher Program is to provide rental assistance to eligible low-income families.

HUD determines the amount of funding that is available for rental assistance in each community. It is important to ensure that the funds are used to assist only those families who are eligible. The reason Housing Authorities have waiting lists is that there is not enough funding to assist all of the families who apply.

Offers the Warm Neighbors program which is a matching fund program to help with utility bills for customers of Ameren only.

Offers ways to explore options and to solve problems that sometimes occur for people with disabilities. Common issues include making adjustments to a newly acquired disability, experiencing changes in living arrangements and learning to use community services more effectively.

Offers emergency, overnight shelter to men experiencing homelessness. Facility has 22 bunk beds, showers, laundry service, meals, and chapel services.

Offers transportation to individuals ages 60 and older for out-of-area medical appointments. Must call the office at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a ride. Donations are suggested for this service, but no one age 60 or over will be refused a ride due to inability to pay.

Evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses, DOT and OSHA Services, Substance abuse testing/drug screening, and wellness screenings (immunizations, flu shots, Hep B, Tetanus, TB, cholesterol, blood sugar).
