Clients may be mandated to TASC as an alternative to incarceration at the time of sentencing, or they may be referred post-sentence when they're on probation. TASC case managers conduct clinical assessments, advocate for treatment for those who need it, develop individualized service plans, and place clients into treatment and recovery support services. TASC also reports client progress to the court, and provides monitoring and guidance as clients work their way through the recovery process.

Groups include divorce care for individuals going through divorce or separation; individuals meet and watch a video seminar then discuss their experience with divorce. Community freedom support groups are for individuals who were previously incarcerated and their families; individuals meet and receive resources to help with transition back into society. Parents of prodigal support groups are for mothers of children with addictions; individuals meet online and receive support and guidance. Anxiety women support group are for women with anxiety, individuals meet at the Plainfield location or online and receive support and encouragement. Boundaries women support group meet and learn biblically based ways to set healthy boundaries with others.
