Coordinates organ and tissue donation while supporting families of donors in Illinois and portions of Indiana. Streamlines the organ donation process and provides support to both donor and recipient families.

Specific services include:

- Evaluation of donors.

- 24/7 referral coordination.

- Educational programs.

- Registration.

- Lab screenings.

- General help for patients and medical providers involved in the organ donation process.

- Information on the Illinois Organ/Tissue Donor Registry, Donate Life Illinois, and the critical need for organs and tissue.

Provides General Assistance as a monthly stipend to eligible residents. Financial services include help with rent and utilities. 

Provides support, empowerment, and recovery to survivors of sexual violence (and the people that love them). Counselors assist in the process of recognizing how sexual violence has impacted the survivor's feelings, relationships, self-esteem, and ability to function while working with them to find healing.

Survivors may choose to receive individual, family, couple, and/or group counseling. In addition, support groups are offered to adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, teens, and parents.

Provides inoculation of dogs/cats against rabies and issuing inoculation tags for each dog/cat owned and or housed within the county, handling calls for service concerning all animal bites, animal welfare, and problems relating to invasive dogs/cats throughout the county, and handling stray dogs/cats in the unincorporated part of the county.

Serves as a warming center during open hours.

Housing program which provides stable housing and essential support services for people with serious mental illness.

Services begin with a screening to help get people of all ages to the right treatment. May follow with individual therapy that leads to group therapy, or crisis care that leads to stable housing.

Services include:

- Individual therapy;

- Group therapy;

- Family therapy;

- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and medication management;

- Psychiatric services;

- Court services;

- Crisis residential/triage services, and more.

Serves children who have experienced abuse through a comprehensive approach of providing services to the child and their non-offending family members. Staff provides advocacy services to help bridge the gap between law enforcement and the court system.
