Offers legal advocacy and education services for individuals involved in sexual abuse or domestic violence. Services include orders of protection and understanding court procedures, services are available in-person and online. Medical advocacy is available for participant emergencies or to address ongoing health concerns. Services are available on an individual basis as well as in group settings with other survivors.

Offers resources, application assistance, and case management for immigrants of a variety of language and cultural backgrounds in a manner consistent with their immigration status concerns and language needs.

Alzheimer's Support Groups.

Outpatient treatment for individuals who struggle with alcohol and other drug addictions. DUI evaluations and risk education, substance abuse assessments, and individual and group therapy.

Outpatient treatment for gambling addiction is also available at the Watseka location.

Offers part- and full-time childcare, preschool services, and extended childcare.

- Infant Education (6 weeks - 15 months): Teachers talk, read, and sing to infants and engage them in play. All activities are designed to ensure social-emotional development, as well as to build problem solving and self-help skills.

- Toddler Education (15 months - 2 years): Daily activities in this program promote language development, problem solving, motor skills, social interaction, and self help skills.

- Early Pre-School (2 - 3 years): Teachers begin encouraging independence, while offering science, math, art, and language development activities. Students also hone social and potty training skills.

- ROE Pre-School (3 - 5 years): Teachers promote math, early literacy, writing, art, science, social studies, technology, and social skills through play-based learning. Teachers design activities to meet the needs and interests of all children.

- Other programs for other age groups are available.

Provides full library access and services. CDs, movies, and video games may also be available in addition to traditional print reference materials. Some materials may be accessed online using a library card.

Training focuses on personal, social, educational, and vocational development at all ability levels. The training program includes education, community integration training, pre-vocational training, assistance with personal care and work opportunities.

Each day is planned around the individual, working with his or her case manager to set goals. After goals are set by the individual, the support team works to plan a Vocational/Developmental Training in order to work toward the set goals.

Maintains county board minutes and other county records, maintains election information and voter registration, maintains vital records, including birth, death, marriage or civil union records, issues marriage licenses, civil union licenses, computes tax rates and handles redemption of delinquent taxes.

Provides vocational training and employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities or other applicable handicaps to employment.

Program assists with, evaluation or assessment of vocational skills. Work adjustment training, development and improvement of work skills, habits, and attitudes. Work services: Continued training and counseling for trainees who have completed initial training but not reach levels suitable for community employment. 

Placement Services Provides experience, education, and placement assistance in community jobs and follow-up services.
