Intensive Services:

- Partial Hospitalization: Provides a structured environment, three daily meals, group and individual therapy, and body image therapy.

- Intensive Outpatient Program: Offers outpatient support for patients who are able to support themselves at home as well.

Rehabilitation plans may incorporate physical, occupational, speech, or other therapies; education on necessary lifestyle modifications such as diet, exercise, and stress reduction; guidance on using adaptive devices to maximize functional abilities; and counseling for individuals and their significant others to support positive adjustment to their condition.

Provides services to survivors of sexual violence. Also offers education to the community in an effort to end violence and victimization. Provides a source of education, advocacy and support to the public and the health profession about the causes and prevention. Provides a team of Peer Support Specialists who offer recovery coaching and assist with service navigation, including the logistics of placement into detox and treatment. Operates as a harm reduction-based program, offering a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery, as well as their friends and family members. Services may include access to information and referrals, social support, and other requested resources to aid in recovery.

Provides weatherization services to low income households, which helps conserve fuel and reduce energy costs by making homes and apartments more energy efficient. Also provides many health and safety upgrades.

Services vary, but may include insulation installation, HVAC repair or replacement, electric base load reduction (lighting and refrigerator replacement), and air sealing.
