The Coordinated Entry System (CES) connects people experiencing homelessness to housing opportunities in Chicago. The CES uses a standardized housing assessment to understand household needs and refer youth, individuals, and families to housing. The assessment is available to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, familial status, disability, actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status. Please note that it is not required to be a Chicago resident to access the CES, but only Chicago-based housing opportunities can be provided.
