Offers a home hospice program for patients and families throughout central Illinois. A coordinated care team visits individuals and their families in their own home. "Home" can be anywhere an individual calls home - house, apartment, nursing or retirement facility. The goal is to keep patients in familiar surroundings and close to loved ones for as long as possible.

Offers insurance counseling services for Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers provided by trained and certified SHIP counselors. SHIP counselors can advise on Medicare, Medicare Supplement insurance, long-term care insurance, Medicare managed care plans (HMO, PPO, & PFFS), other health insurance, prescription drug coverage (Medicare D), filing Medicare and Medicare Supplement claims, Medicare Supplement and long-term care insurance policies, appealing claim denials, and Extra Help (a federal program to assist low-income seniors with Medicare D associated costs).
