The Circuit Clerk is the official record keeper of the Court. All Civil, Probate, Traffic, Criminal, and Juvenile cases are filed through the Clerk's office. Also collects and disperses all monies ordered to be paid by the court.

Provides a peer-based recovery support services program for individuals and their families who are living with mental health, substance use, problem gambling, and various other challenges. Program includes support groups, individual informal counseling sessions, resource navigation, educational workshops, recreational activities, and many community-based initiatives.

Provides an injury prevention program that focuses on reducing childhood injury (age 0-14). The primary focuses are bike safety, child passenger safety, safe sleep, and home safety, though other topics are covered as well. 

Sells clothing, limited housewares, linens, etc. at very low prices, to persons meeting low-income guidelines. Free clothing is given when clients bring request slips from other agencies stating their need. Accepts clothing vouchers from 9 am-11:30 am. Donations accepted from 9 am-12 noon during open hours.

Provides library services, including CDs, movies, and video games. Some materials may be accessed online using a library card. Services may also include computers for internet access and word processing, reference service and interlibrary loans, FAX, photocopy services, state and federal tax forms. Meeting rooms are available for community non-profit groups.

Utilizes a multidisciplinary treatment team including a Psychiatrist, a Therapist, and a Registered Nurse to develop an individualized plan of treatment for each patient. The goal is to provide a safe environment for patients to come and share feelings with others that are experiencing similar issues.

Provides financial assistance towards past power, water or sewer bills for Urbana residents who are shut off, or facing an imminent shut off, have exhausted all other resources, and are not able to fully afford to pay arrears.
