Offers help to first and second-time parents managing the demands of caring for a child during the first three years of life. Family-support workers visit the home to encourage new parents by building on their strengths, emphasizing the joys of parenting and easing concerns with education and hands-on assistance. Services can start before the baby is born with prenatal home visits by a doula.

Sells low-cost household goods, clothing, books, shoes, toys, linens, and more.

Provides medical and cash assistance for customers who are 65 years of age or older, blind, or disabled. Also includes the QMB (Qualified Medicare Beneficiary) program which provides payment of Medicare premiums and some Medicare co-payments.

The online application is called "Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE)."  When applying, the state will determine the applicant's eligibility for this AABD, as well as SNAP and medical assistance (Medicaid).

Services may include pregnancy tests, wellness exams, birth control education and supplies, STI testing and treatment, cancer screening, infertility exams and referrals, and reproductive health education. Provides intensive case management for adults and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. Program will assist clients with obtaining and retaining stable housing and employment while developing essential life skills. Also provides transitional and independent living for DCFS referrals.

Offers daily hot meals for older adults. Meal delivery available for individuals who are homebound.

Medical advocates respond to the hospital when a patient is victim of sexual assault to provide emotional support, clothing, and information regarding hospital procedures. Advocates help educate the victim about their options for hospital procedures and pressing charges. The advocate serves as a liaison between the victim, the police, and ER personnel. Advocates and staff respond to hospital calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Legal advocates provide guidance and support for victims of sexual assault and abuse as they go through the legal system. As a victim of a violent crime in Illinois, they are entitled to advocacy services. The legal advocate also works closely with the State's Attorney's Office and is available to help with questions relating to court and provide emotional support.

Provides counseling services for various needs, including emotional or behavioral concerns and sexual abuse.

Provides financial assistance to senior and disabled individuals with unmet needs. Services could include car repairs, eye glasses, medical equipment, dental care, or help with clothing. Senior Basket Program assists seniors with various items that cannot be acquired with food stamps. Basket varieties include things like cleaning supplies, kitchen items, or personal hygiene supplies. Two Baskets are distributed each year in the Spring and Fall.

Hot meals provided two times per day at The Faith Center Church for people in the community.
