Provides Medicaid and Medicare-certified low cost clinics offering "one stop shop" for general health care needs.

Offers client and family support services for individuals diagnosed with seizures, their families, and the community at large. Resource facilitators provide:

- Information and referral.

- Comprehensive case management.

- Advocacy.

- Counseling.

- Financial planning assistance.

- Support groups.

- Medical liaison.

- Community education.

Maintains public safety and laws enforcement; responds to emergencies, investigates crimes, apprehends offenders, and aims to prevent future criminal activity. Provides traffic management and community engagement.

Provides crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing a major life crisis. Individuals are evaluated by clinical staff to determine whether crisis can be deflected or a referral for psychiatric hospitalization is required. 

Helps students and families navigate education after high school, including post secondary education planning, career planning, college applications, and the financial aid process.

Free ISAC resources include:

- ISAC Student Portal: Provides free online tools to help with college and scholarship search, financial aid planning, money management, and career and job searches.

- ISACorps: ISAC's statewide near-peer mentors are recent college graduates who are expertly trained to provide students and families with free assistance with the college planning and financial aid process, including assistance finding scholarships and grants, as well as help completing college and financial aid applications.

- ISAC College Q&A: A free text messaging service allowing students and families to text questions about college planning and financial aid to ISAC experts.

Early Head Start ensures that children (0-3 years of age) and their families receive the academic, social, mental, health, and nutritional education they need. Children's needs are met with a 1 to 4 child/staff ratio.

Head Start prepares children for Kindergarten and beyond. Also meets the nutritional, health, social and mental health needs of children and their families.

Offers summer camps for children ages 3 to 13. Activities include swimming, hiking, nature exploration, arts and crafts, sports and games.

Oversees the election process, voter registration (can be done through the state or in person at a polling location before an election), maintains current real estate and property tax information, assessment maps, state tax liens, military records, birth, marriage, divorce and death records.

Provides a 325-bed hospital that offers a full scope of inpatient and outpatient care. Also operates many community, primary, and specialty health centers throughout the region.

Suicide prevention hotline network.

Provides free and confidential online support to people in crisis.

Offers a before and after school program. Services provide safe, fun, and learning activities for children. From creative arts and hands-on science experiments to games and interactive projects. Assistance with homework is also provided. Bus services may also be provided from local schools. 

Offers a choice food pantry that can be visited once per month. Food distribution is by drive up during regular hours. Volunteers will deliver food items to cars.

A free, in-school instruction program provided directly in the classroom by Independent Living Advocates, covering a wide range of important skills and topics young adults need to succeed on the "fast track" to independence. Staff instructs students in these 5 areas (and more):

- Introduction to Self-Advocacy.

- Job Exploration Counseling.

- Counseling on Post-Secondary Education.

- Workplace Readiness Training.

- Work-Based Learning Experiences.

Offers a food pantries for families in need. Families are allowed to visit the pantry four time per month. Services allow individuals to pick and choose their own items, or families can receive a food box (box sizes go by family size). 

Offers medical supplies to those in need. Contracts with most government and commercial insurance companies. May have waiver programs. Products are delivered discretely to the customers front door by UPS for no additional charge. Home medical supplies that are available include incontinence supplies, urological supplies, pediatric supplies, ostomy supplies, wound care products, nutritional supplements.

Home delivered meals are available in those situations where a client is in need of a warm nutritious meal and they are unable to prepare their own because of illness or disability. The meals and those individuals who volunteer to deliver those meals are coordinated through various local organizations.

Also offers community based meals that provides a social atmosphere that promotes healthy interaction with others while receiving a warm meal.

Provides case management and referral information to households to help them build and maintain stability within the family and household. Services may include some financial assistance to help reach stability.
