The Love, Unity, and Values (LUV) Institute's Nurturing Artistic Expression class is led by accomplished local artists and Circle Keepers. Students explore their artistry as they create a mixed-media mosaic that represents shared values, ideas, and creativity. Role-playing, modeling, reflective exercises, and small group discussions are used in this process to help participants navigate their social environment, interpret themselves, and collaborate with others. The finished mosaic is then proudly displayed at their school for everyone to enjoy. Discussions are sparked around the messages and experiences of the participants.

Variables such as substance use severity, co-occurring mental health issues, justice system status, transportation accessibility, and client choice are all part of determining how to best guide clients as they begin to make significant changes in their lives. If the person is not eligible for services at TASC, referrals to other services are given.
