Provides the Breast Cancer Navigation Program which helps to identify barriers to receiving care and helps patients navigate through their breast cancer journey, if needed. Women aged 40 and older who were overdue for their annual mammogram were the target population. Patient Navigators assisted with reducing barriers to care such as scheduling assistance, financial assistance, and transportation.

Provides information and referral on non-medical aspects of blindness. Also offers scholarship assistance to blind/visually impaired post-secondary students, public education and awareness training, support to consumer advocates and legal assistance on matters relating to blindness. Consults with different industries regarding employment of blind and visually impaired individuals, governmental monitoring, consultation and advocacy (including the "Washington Connection"), a national legislative hotline, and an annual national convention. ACB holds an annual conference each July with a large trade show featuring the latest high- and low-tech gadgets for blind and visually impaired people. There are also a number of breakout sessions, seminars, workshops, technology training sessions and more. Each March the organization holds leadership meetings in Washington, D.C. which includes a day on Capitol Hill, where members visit their senators and representatives to discuss issues of concern to blind people. Volunteer opportunities available. Must be at least 15 years old, sighted, and able to walk long distances.

Provides new, handmade blankets and quilts for children ages 0-18. Blankets and quilts are created and distributed to agencies such as emergency services, funeral homes, the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), children's crisis centers, Teen Pregnancy Centers, hospitals, domestic violence shelters, and others. Accepts donations of new materials.

Installation of:

- Smoke detectors.

- Carbon monoxide detectors.

- Annual battery replacements.

- Lock boxes (allows emergency access into home without forced entry; in conjunction with City of Batavia Fire Department).

Diapers and pull-ups are available one time per month, per child.  The child must live in the home permanently.

Offers a 26-week program for perpetrators of abusive behavior. Service includes a 90-minute group that are held both online and in-person weekly. 

Offers a variety of parks, trails, and programs for all ages, as described in periodical activity guides that are available online or from any FVPD facilities.

- 4 fitness centers (Eola, Prisco, Vaughan, and Copley).

Provides Medicaid and Medicare-certified low cost clinics offering "one stop shop" for general health care needs.

Provides overdose prevention and naloxone administration education, including access to medical training equipment and devices such as simulation tools and practice kits for administering medications and performing life-saving procedures.

Early Head Start ensures that children (0-3 years of age) and their families receive the academic, social, mental, health, and nutritional education they need.

Head Start prepares children for Kindergarten and beyond. Also meets the nutritional, health, social and mental health needs of children and their families.

Full service obstetrics (birth care) and gynecology (care for women’s health conditions) health center for women of all ages. Services include:

- Prenatal care and delivery.

- High-risk pregnancy care.

- 2D and 4D ultrasound.

- Annual Well Woman exams.

- Family planning.

- Fertility.

- Pelvic pain care.

- Menstrual disorders care.

- STI testing and treatment.

- Menopause care.

- Hormone Replacement Therapy.

- Pelvic Organ Prolapse treatment.

- da Vinci robotic surgery.

Residence for non-ambulatory children who are severely and profoundly handicapped.

Provides developmental programs that serve each child's special needs.

Comprehensive nursing and education programs stimulate learning, growth, and self-help skills in addition to providing innovated care for complex medical needs and profound disabilities.

Provides a food pantry. Personal/grooming supplies and diapers are offered when donations are received.

State agency that has responsibility for enforcing state laws, investigating crimes, providing laboratory analysis of criminal evidence, gathering and sharing criminal intelligence, and providing expertise and resources to other law enforcement agencies throughout the state.

Offers library services.

Offers early childhood education to children through the local school district. Half-day or full-day schedules may be available.

Provides an emergency shelter during the coldest 6 months of the year from mid-October to mid-April.

Answers questions regarding government benefits and community resources such as: Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid, Benefits Access Application (driver's license discount, seniors and persons with disabilities ride free), energy assistance (LIHEAP), intervention and advocacy on a client's behalf, assessment of need and referral for services, and assistance in the completion of forms and applications for benefits.

Blind Rehabilitation Services provides advanced low vision optometry, legally blind rehabilitation, and visual impairment support for veterans. The program includes opportunities for mutual support among individuals with visual impairments, fostering the sharing of information, resources, practical tips for daily living, and encouragement. Eligibility is limited to veterans who meet the required guidelines.
