It helps families become more financially stable and secure safe and sustainable housing. Case managers meet with participants to identify short- and long-term goals to meet the family's needs. They help link families to employment, housing, healthcare, and mental health services, and educational support. With support from the Siemer Institute and the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago, this program is based at 9 neighborhood schools and serves 250+ families annually. 90% of families that participate in this program become more financially stable, and 95% are able to secure safe and sustainable housing.
