Offers alternative arrangements for those ordered to complete community service in Kossuth County. Those with fees, and/or fines, can volunteer with community agencies to both complete their mandatory community service, and to also help pay down those fees/fines. Individuals participating in the program will not see any money as the money they earn through the program goes directly back to their fees/fines.

Provides community Service Sentencing (Polk County Court House, Room B40, 500 Mulberry Street, Des Moines). Offenders provide unpaid service/work to the community as a condition of probation or as part of a determinate court sentence.

MaineTRAC (Maine Township Restitution for Adolescent Change) is a restorative justice program for youth between the ages of 12-17 who have committed minor nonviolent offenses. This program aims to reduce juvenile delinquency by keeping first-time offenders out of the juvenile justice system and by requiring those offenders to increase personal responsibility by providing restitution for their offense.
