Polish American Association's (PAA) Domestic Violence program offers bilingual comprehensive services to survivors and victims of domestic violence and their vulnerable family members. Participants receive emotional support, information about their rights and legal options, referrals to resources, and assistance with creating a safety plan to keep themselves and their children out of danger. They operate a number of innovative and collaborative programs specifically created to reach underserved populations.Life Span assists with the following: divorce and parentage, child and spousal support, civil no contact orders, Allocation of Parental Responsibilities and Parenting Time (formerly called Custody and Visitation), and more.

Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation (CAASE) provides free legal services for survivors of sexual assault, sexual stalking, and sex trafficking with any background or identity who were harmed in Cook County, IL, and are aged 13+. The attorneys assist survivors in criminal and civil matters.CAASE cannot accept cases involving criminal defense, divorce, custody, property in common or other family court issues, immigration, or cases that involve survivors who do not want to participate in a legal process, even if they are minors. If CAASE can't assist you, they will try to connect you to another attorney and support resources.

The Order of Protection Clinic provides help filing for Orders of Protection most days that the court is in session. Staff and volunteers can discuss whether an Order of Protection may keep you safer, and help you prepare and file your case. They can also assist with preparing paperwork remotely, and facilitate a remote hearing for an Emergency Order of Protection.
