El Valor's Children's Programs support families through seamless, comprehensive programming that fosters creative and innovative child development services, parental involvement, multiculturalism, and respect. Allison's Infant and Toddler Center's Head Start program provides free childcare for eligible infants and toddlers in South Chicago, Grand Crossing, Roseland, and the East Side communities. The programs offer flexible full-day, full-year programming.
