Allison's Infant and Toddler Center's Head Start program provides free childcare for eligible infants and toddlers in South Chicago, Grand Crossing, Roseland, and the East Side communities. The programs offer flexible full-day, full-year programming.
The Children's Center of Cicero-Berwyn offers Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Services include parenting and prenatal classes.
Mary Crane Center offers Early Head Start and Head Start programs. Free diapers are also made available to families with children already enrolled at Mary Crane Center or that are participating in their Home-Based programs.

They provide comprehensive services to low-income children and families, including healthy meals and snacks, assistance with medical and dental care, educational field trips, and support services to the family. Centers for New Horizons' Early Care & Education (ECE) model provides high-quality childcare services and educational training programs that demonstrate solid capacity to support the healthy development of infants, toddlers, and preschool children. CNH partners with Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to offer a Head Start program. Services include Universal Pre-Kindergarten, Preschool for All, Head Start, Preventative Initiatives, and Child Care. CNH also offers a home visiting/case management program for expecting mothers.

El Hogar Del Niño's Early Head Start and Prevention Initiative Home Visiting Program provides individualized services to pregnant women, infants, and toddlers to promote the school readiness of young children from low-income families. Women who are expecting or have children from birth to 3 years old are eligible to participate and obtain support to enhance their child's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
