This program also accepts donated wheelchairs and other equipment that are then reconditioned and loaned out to other clients. Also accepts and then loans out electric powered lift chairs.

Offers a voucher program and loan program for specialized telecommunications equipment for individuals who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, speech-disabled, or deaf-blind.

- Voucher Program: The client owns the equipment. Equipment is covered under a 3-year warranty. Participants in good standing are eligible for a new voucher every 3 years.

- Loan Program: ITAC loans the equipment to the client and takes care of the normal upkeep of the equipment. Repairs and exchanges are covered under normal usage, wear, and tear.
