Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that partners with Community Pharmacy pharmacists and specialists. Located at the Chicago Clinic on 97th and Halsted Street, Community Pharmacy is a local pharmacy where medications are stored, prepared, and sold to local patients. Community Pharmacy works with your doctors, nurses, and medical staff to help patients/customers navigate the process of receiving their prescriptions, any insurance process, and billing information. Community Pharmacy is enrolled in the 340B program, which authorizes the purchase and dispensing of discounted drugs to qualifying patients.
