Also refers to special groups such as adolescents and LGBTQ youth. Provides licensing for adults to foster or adopt children with specialized needs.
Hopeful Beginnings offers 24/7 counseling and guidance to pregnant and new mothers considering adoption. Counselors can assist in developing an adoption plan and will offer support throughout the process.
Provide home study and supervision services to families adopting domestically and internationally and placement of children domestically.
Greenlight can help all families become legal families through adoption. Greenlight offers relative and non-relative, second parent, stepparent, adult, and DCFS foster parent adoption services.

Adoption Evaluation/Placement
Provides home study and supervision services to families adopting domestically and internationally and placement of children domestically.
Child Link's primary objective is to secure permanent homes for orphaned and abandoned children from infancy to 18 years of age with foster-to-adopt program. They place ten to fifteen children in foster-to-adopt homes with concurrent planning. Child Link also coordinates no fee adoptions to prospective parents following state mandated background checks and home studies.
