Family Case Management is a program for pregnant individuals, those who have recently had a baby, and their infants.
Chicago Commons operates a Family Hub program that facilitates the coordination of medical and social services on behalf of parents and their dependents. Services include financial planning, employment and job-readiness skills, digital literacy, and health and wellness workshops.

Brightpoint's Child & Family Center provides community-based programming for families with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers that is designed to enhance the development of very young children and promote healthy family functioning.?Services cover early education and childhood development; medical, dental and mental health; nutrition; and parent education.
Pui Tak Center offers a support group for parents of children with developmental disabilities. The support group's goals are to help families establish a network of support with each other and enable parents to learn parenting skills, understand the special education system, and be advocates for the rights of their children. Childcare is provided and held concurrently with the parent's meeting.
Offers bilingual (English/Spanish) education and support services to families with children under age five. Helps clients enhance their ability to provide and advocate for their families. Strengthens parental knowledge and skills, and reduces isolation. Services include: - Developmental screening - Family planning education - Parenting support - Home visits by a trained support worker - Support groups for grandparents raising grandchildren - Referrals to health care providers, community services, and collaborating agencies

Extensive Community Home Outreach (ECHO) provides intensive home-based support to at-risk families to prevent children from entering more intensive placement services such as foster care or DOC.

The Community Outreach Program provides counseling, advocacy, and outreach to survivors of domestic violence. Community Outreach staff facilitate workshops in schools to educate students on the signs and effects of domestic violence. They also teach conflict resolution and healthy relationship-building skills. Community Outreach staff facilitate over ten on-site and community-based support groups weekly for victims of domestic violence. These provide a safe, confidential place for survivors to express their feelings and experiences while receiving the support and empowerment they need to make healthy, secure choices for themselves and their families.

Provides case management to single-parent families with motivation to become financially self-reliant. Assesses clients' needs, and helps them develop individual service plans and educational goals. Also offers referrals for vocational skills and training. Participants may remain in the program for five years.
Provides services for children with autism and their families. Provides TAP Family and Community Resource Room to check out books or create aids to help communication. Services include: - Autism screenings. - Diagnostic assessments. - Social skills therapy. - SLP treatment for children ages 2-5. - ABA treatment. - Behavioral health for toileting, picky eating & sleep.

A Knock at Midnight offers an array of family-centered services. Services are provided through the Family Advocacy Center, sponsored by the Illinois Department of Family Services program. The Family Advocacy program is designed to develop family support systems that help families to identify their strengths and needs. Additionally, the program develops strategies to resolve challenges and accomplish goals to improve their quality of life, leading families to sufficiency.
Provides the following services: - Crisis counseling. - Follow-up home visits. - Parent education classes & support groups. - Referrals for food, clothing, shelter, drug/alcohol treatment, domestic violence, etc. - Necessities such as diapers, formula, clothes, etc.

The site offers: -Consultation. -A resource room. -New diagnosis orientation for families. -Social skill programs. -Play groups. -Training and technical assistance. -Internship opportunities for students. The Resource Room has many books and DVDs that can be checked out but also has many free visual supports for use with people on the Autism Spectrum. TAP can also create customized visual supports such as schedules, social stories, and learning aids.
