Provides emotional support and guidance for older adults who are experiencing mental, emotional or social adjustment problems as a result of aging.
Provides geriatric counseling to explore and address personal difficulties. Difficulties might include depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, stress and coping difficulties, eating problems, difficulties with problem solving and decision making, problematic anger, sleep problems, sexual problems, difficulty adjusting to changes in their life circumstances and difficulties in relationship with other people in their life.
Provides therapy services to older adults and their families for a wide range of problems, such as depression, anxiety, memory loss, sleep problems, relationship problems and difficulty adjusting to stressful situations like declining health or loss of a loved one.

Provides older adults with behavioral healthcare. Utilizes a multidisciplinary treatment team including a Psychiatrist, a Therapist, and a Registered Nurse to develop an individualized plan of treatment for each patient. The goal is to provide a safe environment for patients to come and share feelings with others that are experiencing similar issues.
Center for Better Aging (CBA) has partnered with St. Bernard Hospital to bring Chicago's South Side access to primary care, urgent care, geriatric-certified ER (GEDA), diagnostics, and pharmacy services, all located on their campus.

Offers professional counseling services (in-home or office-based) are available for seniors who may be struggling with depression, grief and loss, anxiety, family relationship issues, loss of functioning, chronic illness or other issues affecting their mental well-being. The goal of the counseling services is to help older adults improve their quality of life as well as their ability to continue to live independently.
Focuses on outreach, engagement, and face-to-face counseling services for seniors. Strong community collaborations with senior providers and other social and human service organizations will foster case finding and education to identify those most in need. Participation in individual counseling sessions with a trained, mental health professional will promote recovery, independence and stability; restore personal, community living and social skills; assist with education, navigation and access to entitlements and natural supports and foster self-advocacy so seniors may identify and access appropriate community resources to enhance life quality.

Offers short-term counseling to seniors in their home (McLean County only) or through a virtual platform (all other counties). The program focuses on positive behavior activation to break the depression cycle. Those interested in the PEARLS Counseling program must be screen for appropriateness and will be referred to other resources if found to be ineligible at the time of screening.

Offers senior's an In-home health/mental health assessment, in-home mental health treatment, case management, and referrals to appropriate community resources. The Outreach Team consists of clinical social workers and a consulting psychiatrist to provide appropriate support services.

Offers short or long-term assistance to those who have experienced loss, confusion, family issues, anxiety, depression, dementia, or other complications. Trained staff will meet with the senior in their home to discuss needs and options. Staff can also assist with accessing financial benefits and healthy aging programs.

Provides confidential counseling to individuals in their homes. Aims is to help maintain the independence of older adults. Assists seniors and their families deal with problems related to aging and develop and/or strengthen coping methods. In-home counselors primarily utilize a time-limited and goal-oriented approach. Families whose concerns focus on an aging family member may also receive services.
