The Jackson Park Hospital Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides treatment to individuals with acute and persistent psychiatric disorders who require coordinated, intensive, and comprehensive multidisciplinary treatment.The hospital's PHP serves as an option for individuals to continue an intensive level of care after an inpatient hospitalization. PHP serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization when an individual is experiencing acute symptoms of mental illness but does not require 24-hour care and in instances when outpatient care has been determined to be insufficient and/or ineffective.
A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)provides a more intensive treatment than an IOP. Participants attend group treatment sessions for four hours a day, five days a week, allowing participants to return home or to a supportive environment outside of treatment hours. PHP offers a higher level of support and structure than IOP. In addition to the 20 hours a week of group work this program requires, PHP will require participants to set aside additional time for individual therapy, treatment planning sessions, family/support person therapy as recommended, and psychiatric monitoring.

Compass Health Center - Chicago offers a Partial Hospitalization Program as well as an Intense Outpatient Program for young adults, ages 18 to 23, who are struggling with mood and anxiety disorders that require more intensive and wrap-around treatment than would be available in outpatient settings.
Compass Health Center - Chicago provides a Partial Hospitalization Program as well as an Intensive Outpatient Program that supports young children, ages 5 to 10, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and irritability that is impacting their functioning throughout the day. These programs are appropriate for children requiring more than individual outpatient care.

Program designed for young children with moderate to severe and/or chronic behavior problems. Trained professional staff work with children to develop important skills including impulse control, emotional regulation, social skills, academic readiness, and more.

Riveredge Hospital offers adult inpatient mental health programs, outpatient programs, and therapies for adults, ages 18 and over. Additionally, they offer treatment and services for individuals facing co-occurring disorders related to mental health and substance use difficulties. Veterans experiencing a suicidal crisis can also receive care at no cost.

Mental health services for children with their parents impacted by trauma.

Adult treatment offers outpatient treatment services for adults 19 and over with mental health disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Services are provided based on client need and may include individual, group, and family counseling and psychiatric services. Expected stay depends on client need, but generally 6-8 months.

Adult Day Rehabilitation Services (MidPointe) provides long term, structured day services for adults 19 and over with a severe and persistent mental illness or co-occurring mental and substance abuse. Services develop daily living skills designed to reduce admissions to more intensive services. Expected stay up to 5 years.

Community Support Program offers individual support and advocacy to develop skills needed to live in the community as independently as possible. Services assist with basic needs such as housing, food, medical needs and linkages with needed services in the community. Expected stay varies depending on client needs, but generally, 12-18 months.

Youth services.

Recovery Support provides case management and crisis/relapse prevention for adults experiencing mental illness, substance, or co-occurring disorders and who need minimal professional contact to reside independently in the community.

SOAR is SSI/SSDI Outreach Access and Recovery. This program provides technical assistance and support with disability benefit and other mainstream resource applications for individuals who are experiencing homelessness and have a serious mental illness.

Provides mental health services. Services include a crisis mental health evaluation in the Emergency Department, adult inpatient services, which offers 24-hour nursing care in a secure, therapeutic environment, and a transitional living program for those who face mental illness. The Transitional Living Program offers community re-entry support services. Also offers adult outpatient services.
