Free 8-session class taught by trained NAMI members. The Family to Family curriculum focuses on: - Schizophrenia. - Bipolar disorder (manic depression). - Clinical depression. - Panic disorder. - Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). The course discusses the clinical treatment of these illnesses and teaches the knowledge and skills that family members need to cope more effectively. Classes are offered twice a year. NAMI Champaign County also provides monthly educational presentations and can provide an in-service for teachers and staff to help identify the symptoms of mental illness in children.

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, peer-led 8-session Education Program, open to adult family members, significant others, or friends of people who live with mental illness. The course is taught by trained family members of people living with mental illness.
