Learning Ally provides CD's and digital downloads of educational textbooks, some leisure books, academic literature, and classics. Materials are for all people who cannot effectively read standard print because of visual impairment, learning disability or other physical disability. Individual membership entitles members to unlimited access to the library and a reference librarian service.
The Outreach Department offers a variety of services: - The Bookmobile currently visits 48 stops every three weeks in the city of Bloomington. Check online for schedule. - Home Delivery Service will bring books to the home for those who live in Bloomington and are unable to come to the library. - Deposit Collections are delivered on a rotating schedule to nursing homes and child care centers.

Provides access to books, movies, downloadable e-books, music and magazines, computers with internet access, and countless additional resources. Onsite services also include printing, copying and faxing, computer classes, as well as programs and events for all ages.

Provides access to materials, including print, electronic, streaming, and downloadable items. Materials are available for circulation and in-house reference use. Including Whiteside County genealogy collection, computers/internet for public use, and room rental for parties, meetings, programs.

DIY STEM is a hands-on, activity-based STEM curriculum, which connects youth to science themes they encounter regularly.

Provides full library access and services including CDs, movies, and video games in addition to traditional print reference materials. Some materials may be accessed online using a library card.

- Reference service and interlibrary loan
- FAX and photocopy services
- State and federal tax forms
- Meeting room available for community non-profit groups
