Centro Sanar provides individual and group counseling services to improve the emotional wellness of community members living in the Little Village, Back of the Yards, Gage Park, and Brighton Park areas. For active clients, Centro Sanar provides case management services to help with accessing other basic needs services (food, housing, transportation, etc.)All group therapy is offered virtually. Group therapy options include general group therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and a traumatic loss grief group therapy (Grupo Sanar). In addition, Centro Sanar offers a free, virtual Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group on Wednesdays from 10:00am to 11:00am.

They also provide referrals for other client needs, such as mental health, domestic violence, and much more. In support of the community's youth, they partner with Morton East High School in Cicero and Heritage Middle School in Berwyn to offer classes on sexual health and teen pregnancy prevention.
