Works with income-eligible homeowners to make their homes safer and more energy efficient by eliminating heat loss and air infiltration areas in the home. After the initial assessment, recommendations on home improvements are given to the homeowner and the Weatherization team will coordinate repairs with contractors. Examples of common improvements include sealing cracks, insulating attics, or repairing windows and doors. All improvements are completed at no cost to the homeowner.
Additional priority is given to households with elderly, disabled, and young children.

Provides an intermediate care facility for persons with chronic mental illness. Treatment in a residential housing setting, including Schizo-Affective Disorder, Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, as well as those who are dually diagnosed with a mental illness and substance abuse.
