If the repair is beyond the scope of this program, clients will be referred to another entity or for-profit business that may be able to assist at a discount. Repairs that are only aesthetic in nature (such as cleaning windows or painting) will not be considered.

Provides individualized services like classroom and specialized training, job placement assistance, work readiness and job skills training for those with disabilities. Job coaches assist individuals to obtain employment, learn specific job tasks, and assimilate to the worksite. They also specialize in helping workers with disabilities perform the tasks of their jobs successfully. This includes providing intensive monitoring, training, assessment and support to workers and facilitating healthy working relationships between management and co-workers.

Vocational Training provides opportunities for individuals to receive hands-on experience in learning vocational skills to prepare them for the workforce and help achieve success in the community. This provides training opportunity for individuals looking to obtain permanent employment within their community.

Provides one-on-one support throughout pregnancy.

Offers personalized support for a healthy pregnancy, full term delivery, and postpartum care through the baby’s first 6 months.

Navigators (who are nurses and social workers) can also connect clients with community resources and help find medical care.

Those who qualify for the program may receive:

- Personalized prenatal and postpartum education.

- Community referrals and links to services.

- Services provided free of charge.

Connects service members and their families with community housing rental listings near U.S. military bases. Service members can search for homes at all local installations. Users can also view Rental Partnership Program listings and other military community housing benefits.

Property managers can list their properties at no cost by creating an account.

Works with income-eligible homeowners to make their homes safer and more energy efficient by eliminating heat loss and air infiltration areas in the home. After the initial assessment, recommendations on home improvements are given to the homeowner and the Weatherization team will coordinate repairs with contractors. Examples of common improvements include sealing cracks, insulating attics, or repairing windows and doors. All improvements are completed at no cost to the homeowner.

Additional priority is given to households with elderly, disabled, and young children.

A group that provides support for individuals and family members affected by mental illness. Participants can discuss personal issues or concerns about a loved one. There is also an online Facebook support group available. Each person must ask to be added to the group and only those in the group can read and participate in discussions that occur within the group.

Provides short term housing in private furnished apartment. Every family works with a Housing Advocate.

Provides rent, rent deposit, and utility assistance for people who are in a homeless situation. Case management services are also available as part of this program.

Provides a nutrition and wellness program that offers information and guidance on canning, freezing, and drying food for preservation, healthy foods webinar series, feeding baby - from cradle to table, and the Food Service Sanitation Managers Certification.

Provides direct emergency assistance to customers affected by a disaster beyond their control to meet basic needs. Basic needs includes food, personal care items, and temporary or permanent housing assistance.

Raises funds that benefit residents through providing opportunities in the areas of education, health and financial stability.

Helps senior citizens, who might otherwise need nursing home care, to remain in their own homes by providing in-home and community-based services. Services include:

- Comprehensive care coordination.

- Adult day services.

- In-home services (cleaning, meals, laundry, shopping/running errands, and personal hygiene).

- Emergency home response service.

- Automated medication dispenser service.

Provides dental/oral services to veterans that qualify. Services include screenings, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, specialty dental procedures like root canals, restorations and dentures.
