Job coaches assist individuals to obtain employment, learn specific job tasks, and assimilate to the worksite. This includes providing intensive monitoring, training, assessment and support to workers and facilitating healthy working relationships between management and co-workers.

Works with income-eligible homeowners to make their homes safer and more energy efficient by eliminating heat loss and air infiltration areas in the home. After the initial assessment, recommendations on home improvements are given to the homeowner and the Weatherization team will coordinate repairs with contractors. Examples of common improvements include sealing cracks, insulating attics, or repairing windows and doors. All improvements are completed at no cost to the homeowner.

Additional priority is given to households with elderly, disabled, and young children.
