Provides law enforcement services to the city of Aurora. Website provided information about thee crime prevention programs offered and tips on safety for adults and children.

Services provided include copies of accident reports, insurance requests, background checks and fingerprints.

Matches youth ages 5-12 with caring, positive, committed, adult role models. The youth (Little) and mentor (Big) meet in the community 2-4 times per month for a minimum of 4 hours and spend time exploring activities they already enjoy and trying some new ones.

Offers the Warm Neighbors program which is a matching fund program to help with utility bills for customers of Ameren only.

Provides the opportunity for the mentor (Big) to visit their Little in the child's school, after school program, or at another youth-serving agency. This allows for the mentor to meet in a more structured environment than out in the community, usually for about an hour per week.

This family style intervention allows a mom the opportunity to witness healthy family dynamics and live in a loving, supportive environment. Parents of teens must be willing to provide temporary guardianship. Christian values are taught, and Sunday church attendance is expected.

Programs available:

- Single-Family Housing Programs: Direct loans or loan guarantees for low- and moderate-income rural families for mortgages and home repairs. Additionally, grants are available for health and safety repairs for individuals over 62.

- Multi-Family Housing Programs: Loans for affordable rental housing for very-low- to moderate-income residents, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Funds may also be used to buy or improve land and provide necessary facilities such as water and waste disposal systems. Rent assistance is available for rural residents.

- Community Facilities Programs: Loans, grants, and loan guarantees for essential community facilities in rural areas, with priority given to health care, education, and public safety projects.

- Business Financing Programs: Financial support, including loans and grants, for individuals or groups seeking to establish or expand businesses in rural areas.
