Provides social and physical rehabilitation for older adults. Assists each participant to reach their maximum level of function and to enhance quality of life. Also offers respite help for caregivers.

Provides mental health services to those in need. Services include a variety of therapeutic interventions such as general counseling, psychiatry, TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), Spravato, Ketamine Infusions, QEEG (Quantitative electroencephalogram), and genetic testing. 

Assists individuals in Illinois in becoming licensed foster parents. Also provides follow-up training for foster parents to help meet the various needs of their foster children.

-- LCFS team provides guidance and support through the foster care experience.

-- Health insurance for the children placed in a foster home.

-- Training programs, support groups, and newsletters geared to foster families.

-- Monthly financial support for the foster child(ren's) basic needs, including food, clothing, and housing costs.

-- Funding for daycare, after-school care, and extracurricular activities including sports and art programs for eligible children in foster care.

Counseling services include individualized master-level therapy/counseling, familial systems therapy/counseling, divorce mediation, parent-child counseling, grief counseling, adoption counseling, and pregnancy support counseling.

Therapeutic intervention for sexual abuse victims.

Provides a wide range of employment and training services. Supportive services include assistance economically disadvantaged farmworker families while they are working in agriculture and offers employment and training services to assist enrolled farmworkers to acquire new occupational skills that lead to stable jobs. 

Provides a shopping card to eligible families to purchase a new pair of shoes for children at the start of the school year. Only available during the summer months before school starts.

Provides DUI evaluation/risk education, counseling, and substance abuse school-based prevention programs. Outpatient counseling is available for adults and adolescents, and substance abusers or persons whose lives are impacted by substance abuse. Counseling takes place in the form of individual and group counseling, family counseling, and referral to appropriate self-help groups. For adolescents, the Mental Illness & Substance Abuse (MISA) specialist provides age-appropriate and individualized treatment to dual diagnosed adolescents, addressing issues such as behaviors, self-esteem, emotional and physical health, strengths and goals, substance abuse, history, relapse prevention, healthy recovery environments. The Recovery Resource Center is a central point of information to help individuals and families navigate substance use treatment and recovery services. Services include assessments, referral, treatment, and support services.

Offers the support group, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren to help support any older adults who are caring for children.

A protective service for limited-income seniors who need help managing their finances. Bill payer volunteers assist individuals who are able to make decisions about their financial affairs but who need help organizing bills and paying them on time.

Representative payee volunteers are appointed by Social Security to receive and manage benefits of a person who is determined incapable of managing his or her own finances. In contrast to the bill payer program, the representative payee signs the checks and has full control of the benefits. They pay bills and make sure the client's needs are being met.

Provides quality childcare, preschool and before/after school and summer camp.

Provides year round community recreation activities throughout the 13 member districts for children and adults with disabilities.

These member districts include Barrington Park District, Cary Park District, Crystal Lake Park District, Dundee Township Park District, City of Elgin, Hampshire Township Park District, Huntley Park District, City of Harvard, Village of Lake in the Hills, Marengo Park District, City of McHenry Wauconda Park District and City of Woodstock.

Offers emergency services to victims of domestic violence. Including:

- Emergency men and women shelters for domestic violence only

• Legal advocacy including assistance with orders of protection
• Individual and group counseling
• Educational, medical, employment, and social advocacy
• Transportation assistance
• Information and referral services
• Comprehensive children services, community education, and professional training on issues pertaining to domestic violence

Provides financial assistance to those wanting to get their GED. Assistance includes covering the costs of books and/or GED test fees.

Provides a website that connects families and helps to them to choose a child care center. Also, can help with filling out childcare assistance funding application and connect families to other child resources and provides developmental and early learning tip sheets.

The Circuit Clerk is the official record keeper of the Court. All Civil, Probate, Traffic, Criminal, and Juvenile cases are filed through the Clerk's office. Also collects and disperses all monies ordered to be paid by the court.

Provides health care services to those in need. Services include sick care, chronic disease management, preventive care services, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), physical  exams, vaccinations, sexual health services, STI testing and treatment, wellness checkups, work physicals, laboratory and diagnostic testing, referrals for mammograms and other specialty care.

Provides comprehensive services for families in need. Services include intake assessment, information about community resources, case management, outreach, food stamp application assistance, housing education, emergency food and shelter help. 

Assistance with applying for benefits and services, including Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, and discounted license plate sticker program. Referrals to other community partners for assistance when applicable.

Offers psychiatric inpatient and day treatment (partial hospitalization) is provided.
