Offers bus driver training courses, including a segment of first aid procedures and school bus driver safety. Courses include 8-hour initial training for all new school bus drivers prior to getting a bus permit. Also includes, 2-hour refresher workshop in the 12-month period prior to renew a school bus permit.

Program services include rental assistance up to HUD Fair Market Rent allowance and case management. Can remain on program as long as eligibility requirements are met.

Covid-19 vaccination clinics.

Offers a before and after school care program for children grades K-8. Children can participate in physical, educational, and imaginative activities that may encourage them to explore who they are and what they can achieve. Families may choose membership plans offering care services from 1-2 or 3-5 days per week. 

RAMP advocates for individuals who want to learn to use RMTD's fixed route public bus system. Employees can assist with navigating the cost of the fare, planning a route, and education of bus behavior. Advocates also train RMTD's bus drivers on proper use of lifts and disability awareness.

Provides treatment for alcoholism, drug addiction, dual diagnosis, opioid addiction, and substance abuse, through outpatient and intensive outpatient programs. Utilizes family therapy, group therapy, and trauma therapy.

Offers outpatient mental health therapy and treatment that is centered on intervention. Services include individual, marital and family counseling. Treatment available for anxiety, depression, loss, teen issues, divorce, issues around blended families, abuse and neglect, and anger management.

Combined administration of all state prisons, juvenile centers, and adult and juvenile parole services. Services include constituent services/family liaison, victim services, adult education and vocational services, structured impact programs, life skills re-entry centers, summit of hope events, community support advisory councils, and parole re-entry group. 

Assists older persons or their caregivers in identifying their needs and place them in contact with appropriate community resources or service providers.

Follow up activities are included such as making sure the older person was able to receive the service or help the older person obtain the service.

Offers group homes with 24/7 staff supervision for adults with disabilities, as well as independent homes for adults with disabilities. Individuals in group and individual homes receive staff assistance based on level of need.

Provides services to assist with sexual health wellness for males and females of reproductive age. Services include pregnancy testing, birth control, reproductive life planning, exams, counseling and education, and testing and treatments of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV testing.

On-site supervised living arrangement for adults with a developmental disability. Taught skills to increase independent living, increase community integration, and build a social support network.

Provides protection to the community through disease surveillance, outbreak detection and investigation, the implementation of disease control and prevention measures, and the mandated reporting to the Illinois Department of Public Health. Educational and referral services are available to enhance community awareness and knowledge of signs, symptoms, treatment, and available resources for infectious diseases.

Offers individual, family and group counseling and therapy services to those looking for help with their mental or behavioral health.

Provides work training services for individuals with intellectual, developmental, learning, medical, or physical disabilities as well as substance use and mental health disorders. These work training activities are paid work and non-competitive. Participants are provided with opportunities to explore their personal vocational interests, develop skills, and receive assistance in obtaining competitive community employment. 

Provide minor vehicle repairs to individuals to keep their current vehicle safe so they can maintain their employment. Must already have at least 30 days of employment with paystubs. Must be owner of vehicle with up-to-date insurance coverage.

Offers to help children in grades 4-12 develop knowledge and skills. Services include learning about citizenship, leadership, cooking, arts and crafts, mechanics and technology, horticulture, agriculture, and other subjects. To teach young people about these subjects, the 4-H program uses the learn-by-doing method of instruction.

Provides management and maintenance for vital records like birth certificates, death certificates, marriage license and county elections.

Also handles of all trial court records; process fines, fees, and court costs owed to the state; child support checks and civil judgments owned to litigants; and maintain record of liens on property.

Assists people with little to no income in obtaining pro bono legal assistance from area lawyers and attorneys in specialized fields while also providing compassion, empathy, and a listening ear to all who come seeking help. Through the CCLS program, the program director matches a client's legal case with an area lawyer who has agreed to represent him/her in the court of law.

CCLS provides assistance in the areas of adoption, bankruptcy, child custody and support, debt elimination, employment, environmental issues, family Law, guardianship, immigration, landlord-tenant disputes, real estate transactions, social security benefits, traffic accidents, and wills and probate.

Offers a 24 hour Mobile Crisis Response Team. Anyone experiencing a mental health crisis can call to have the Mobile Crisis Unit dispatched.
