Services may include information and referral services, referrals for attendant care, attendant recruitment and training programs, independent living skills training, assistance in meeting housing and transportation needs, peer counseling, transition from institutions into the community, deflection from institutional placement, transition from youth to adult services, and advice and guidance regarding legal rights and benefits eligibility.

Works to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve greater independence, personal choice, self-awareness, and wellness opportunities. 

Provides young people an opportunity to develop a set of core values through camping, community service, youth leadership, and more. Young people also learn the skills of goal setting and achievement as they work toward the Eagle Scout Award.

Offers 24/7 support to survivors of sexual assault and abuse, as well as their families, 365 days a year. Provides free, confidential services dedicated to empowering survivors of sexual assault and guiding them on their path to healing. Services include counseling, medical and legal advocacy, prevention and professional education programs, and child sexual assault prevention initiatives that aim to protect children from molestation and other forms of sexual assault. These initiatives focus on teaching children about personal boundaries, recognizing inappropriate behavior, and encouraging them to report incidents of assault or uncomfortable situations.

Provides practical information for anyone to access in the areas served. Education services include agriculture, horticulture, family and consumer economics, nutrition and wellness, and youth development. The website has information about different programming options available.

Provides case management for budgeting, money management/payee services,  and nursing home placement for the mentally ill. Also helps to provide linkage following discharge from both state operated facilities and hospitals.

Provides a sex education curriculum geared to decrease teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STI), and HIV.

Provides psychiatric evaluation, medication assessment, medication education and training, and on on-going medication management. The psychiatric team works in collaboration with clients primary care physician, therapist, case manager, and care coordinators to ensure effective and coordinated care.

Offers a variety of mental health support groups. Groups include divorce care for individuals going through divorce or separation; individuals meet and watch a video seminar then discuss their experience with divorce. Community freedom support groups are for individuals who were previously incarcerated and their families; individuals meet and receive resources to help with transition back into society. Parents of prodigal support groups are for mothers of children with addictions; individuals meet online and receive support and guidance. Anxiety women support group are for women with anxiety, individuals meet at the Plainfield location or online and receive support and encouragement. Boundaries women support group meet and learn biblically based ways to set healthy boundaries with others. 

Offers vaccines and information for individuals in need to answer questions, or misinformation about certain vaccines. Services include flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccines, and other vaccines may be offered under this program. 

Offers a food pantry for individuals in need.
