- Ray and Kathy LaHood Center for Cerebral Palsy: Variety of diagnoses that impact movement and motor development, including but not limited to cerebral palsy, hypotonia, developmental delays, and genetic disorders. May assess the child's range of motion, gait pattern, orthotics, and other assistive technology equipment, review the child and family's needs, and work with the family and physician to establish a plan of care.

- Orthotics Clinic: Prescription for custom-fitted orthotics/braces to provide stability and support for proper positioning of the feet and ankles during standing, walking, and other functional activities.

Provides care that includes residential treatment, outpatient treatment, sober living, crisis care, and prevention education. These programs address mental health and substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring disorders, and have a strong family component to involve parents, guardians, and other loved ones in the journey to healing when appropriate.

Medical equipment company providing professional home care products and services.

Provides a clothing, household items, furniture, electronics and home decor are provided at discount prices.

Provides emergency financial assistance for utilities, rent, and other needs to keep families in their homes and ensure access to essential services.

Provides behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adult Crusader Community Health patients. Integrated behavioral health services enable patients to access mental health and/or substance use services in the Crusader Community Health location of their choice. Behavioral health staff and primary care providers work together to provide collaborative, coordinated behavioral health and medical care. 

Medication-Assisted Treatment is also provides to adults with an opioid or alcohol use disorder.

Committed to providing community-based recreation to promote the development, maintenance, and expression of a meaningful leisure lifestyle to people with disabilities. Delivers services promoting and/or providing access, inclusion, specialty recreation, leisure education, and skill development. Offers:

- Adapted sports

- Summer camps

- After school programs

- Sport skill development

- Social clubs

- Community outings

- Cultural arts

- Inclusive opportunities

- Leisure education

- Life skills

Also offers Inclusion Services: Individuals with disabilities are welcome to participate in the same recreation programs and activities as their peers. Reasonable accommodations are provided to enable an individual's successful participation in a program.

Offers a 24 hour Mobile Crisis Response Team. Anyone experiencing a mental health crisis can call to have the Mobile Crisis Unit dispatched.

Public library services. 

Provides primary health care to those in the community. Also offers pediatric services.

Strives to enhance the mind, body, and spirits of individuals with disabilities served through the following programs: - Developmental skills.

- Exercise and nutrition.

- Classes of varying topics.

- Community outings.

- Adventure For All.

Comprehensive dental care, including Oral exams, Cleanings, X-rays, Sealants, Fillings, Extractions, Crowns, Dentures and partials, Referrals.

Provides counseling and other adult, and child and adolescent outpatient mental health programs, first responder suicide prevention, substance use treatment, mobile crisis response and offers Naloxone.

Also helps to coordinate services with other community care providers. 

Provides services for birth parents, adoptive parents, and adopted children.

Adoption Center's Programs:

-- Infant Adoption - The family will complete an adoption home study, become licensed as a foster parent and attend an adoption training. Adoptive families typically have an infant placement within 12-18 months. The Center requires potential adoptive parents to be at least 21-years-old. Families can come in all shapes and sizes and supports all potential parents in their dream of becoming a family.

-- International Adoption - The Center completes adoption home study services, foster home licensing services, and post placement visits for families pursuing international adoption.

The Center keeps extensive adoption records on file for children and families who completed adoptions through the agency. The adoption specialist is happy to assist an individual in locating information from his or her adoption file. There is a small fee for birth searches and fees are based on the time it takes to locate information.

Provides individual and group crisis management services to adult and child survivors of domestic violence who are not staying in the shelter. Also provides community referrals and advocacy for clients not staying in the shelter. All services are confidential.

Offers support and advocacy for residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Protects and promotes the rights and quality of life for people who reside in long-term care facilities.

Works with residents and their families to resolve resident complaints and mediates solutions to problems.

Provides consultation on how to choose a nursing home or long-term care facility.

Provides financial assistance on a monthly basis for individuals or families.

Provides an emergency shelter during the coldest 6 months of the year from mid-October to mid-April.

SASS provides the following services for children and youth:

-- Crisis intervention.

-- Short-term stabilization where a child is at risk of self-harm, or harming others.

-- Individual and family psychotherapy/counseling.

-- Mental health assessment.

-- Case management and resource linkage assistance.

-- Psychiatric services.
