Short Term Care: Designed for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or serious illness. Provides specialized therapies, customized treatment plans, and therapists to help clients improve and strengthen mobility.

Services may include:

- Physical therapy.

- Wound care.

- Occupational therapy.

- Transportation services (including dialysis).

- Respiratory CPAP/Bipap.

- Speech therapy.

- IV therapy.

Offers fresh foods such as fruits and vegetables to those in need. When available, dairy, deli, milk, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, and vegetables are also distributed.

- Homeless animal shelter.

- Animal adoption.

- Low-cost veterinary care.

- Free pet food pantry.

- Low cost spay/neuter.

Offers personal/grooming supplies, and infant diapers and formula.

Offers assistance for older adults, who might otherwise need nursing home care, to remain in their own homes by providing in-home and community-based services. Services include comprehensive care coordination, adult day services, in-home services (cleaning, meals, laundry, shopping/running errands, and personal hygiene), emergency home response service, and automated medication dispenser service.

Provides an alternative school giving students another change to succeed. Offering tools, support and different teaching methods to help students learn in the way that works best for them. 

Provides health care services to those in need. Services include sick care, chronic disease management, preventive care services, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), physical  exams, vaccinations, sexual health services, STI testing and treatment, wellness checkups, work physicals, laboratory and diagnostic testing, referrals for mammograms and other specialty care.

Provides mental health services to those in need. Services include a variety of therapeutic interventions such as general counseling, psychiatry, TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), Spravato, Ketamine Infusions, QEEG (Quantitative electroencephalogram), and genetic testing. 

Provides general assistance for individuals in need who are ineligible for any other forms of government support. May also provide temporary financial assistance for expenses such as rent and utilities. 

Provides counseling services to individuals, couples and families. Services work to help those dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, family conflict, medical illness, and behavioral difficulties. A variety of interventions and coping skills will be provided, based upon individual treatment planning and agreed upon by the patient and the healthcare team.

Offers home health care and hospice services. Care may include:

• Regular visits to patient's home to provide care.

  - Coordinate services needed from other healthcare providers, including doctors, therapists, social workers and nurse aides.

• Keeps family and primary care physician informed about progress and care plan.

  VNA will also answer questions about hospice care or end-of-life questions, even if a patient is not ready for hospice care at this time. Topics include:

• Advance directives.

• End-of-life issues.

• Making plans to provide care for a loved one with a terminal illness.

• Grief and loss issues.

• Understanding palliative care vs. curative treatment.

Provides street and bridge maintenance. 

Provides monthly grants for individuals ages 18–61 without children who cannot work due to a serious injury, surgery, or medical condition. Benefits help pay for everyday living expenses. Eligible clients may receive up to $350 per month in financial assistance.

Provides home delivered meals to seniors who qualify. When individuals call, an assessment will be set up to determine eligibility of the senior. If the senior has diabetes, let the intake specialist know so an appropriate meal can be provided. Sample menus can be sent out to individuals who are looking into signing up for the program.
