Offers a 24-hour supervised housing for delinquent and at-risk male or female youth. Services include in a therapeutic environment, trauma-informed treatment plans that address mental health, case management, and therapeutic recreation. 

Offers hospice care services for individuals who are terminally ill and their families in their homes and facilities in which they live. Services include nursing services on an intermittent basis, physician services, drugs for pain relief and symptom management, medical supplies and equipment, short-term inpatient care including respite care, medical social services, bereavement services including support groups and counseling, spiritual and support and chaplain services. 

Offers a local homeless education liaison to work with homeless children to ensure a free, appropriate public education including a priority to preschool program. The choice of staying in the school of origin or attending the school nearest their shelter or temporary home. Immediate enrollment even when medical records cannot be produced at time of enrollment. May also offer assistance with transportation, if needed.

On-site supervised living arrangement for adults with a developmental disability. Taught skills to increase independent living, increase community integration, and build a social support network.

Offers CEJA (Climate and Equitable Jobs Act)-funded training programs to learn about career pathways in the clean energy sector.

- Registration available twice a week.

- Sessions introduce participants to opportunities in energy auditing, HVAC, solar installation, weatherization, and pre-apprenticeship programs.

- Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up and begin their path toward a career in clean energy.

- Attendees are given the chance to meet with the CEJA recruitment team and Service Navigators, who will be available to provide guidance, answer questions, and give support every step of the way.

Provides Medicaid and Medicare-certified low cost clinics offering "one stop shop" for general health care needs.
