Home Visiting programs providing specially-trained home visitors who work with parents to build their skills and promote their children’s healthy development.

• Walk To School Days: Designed to be encouraging events for both kids and families focusing on walking or taking a bike to school together. Trailnet gives tools needed to take additional steps for parents and kids to become active before and after school.

• Walking School Buses: Provides guidance and support to students who take the bus to area schools.

Offers intervention services that include art therapy, CBT, DBT skills, play therapy, TF-CBT, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Services work to help treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, conduct problems, ADHD, and behavioral issues, grief/bereavement, relationship and social issues, sexual assault counseling, and Spanish-speaking therapy services available.

Provides free amplified phones to individuals with hearing loss, and/or who are late-deafened, or deaf. Braille phones available to the blind. Cell phone amplifiers available. Voicebox amplification and other specialized equipment available for lease.
