Investigates allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older adults and persons with disabilities who live in domestic (non-institutional) setting.
Once a report has been filed, a caseworker will make a home visit to investigate any allegations of abuse and assist the victim. Interventions will be offered to the victim and referrals made to the appropriate organizations. Interventions can include but are not limited to in-home services, legal, medical, relocation, and counseling.

Provides several individualized services in order to deter child abuse. Services provided:
- When first contacted, several members of BACA will ride to the child's house and present the child with a patch, stickers, and a photograph of the child with their new biker family. Two bikers are assigned to the child as their primary contacts.
- If abuse or harassment continues, members will create a presence at the home, being visible at times when the family may be most vulnerable.
- Court appearances are also available. Assigned bikers will appear in order to provide support for the child and reduce fear about testifying against their abuser.

- Providing escorts if the child feels unsafe.
- Riding by the child's home on a regular basis.
- Staying with children if they are alone or frightened.

The Consumer Fraud and Health Care Bureaus offer informal dispute resolution programs for consumers with complaints concerning their purchases and health care. Although the attorneys in the AG Office cannot represent any one individual in a lawsuit, a limited mediation program is offered to assist in resolving disputes or complaints filed by individual consumers.
