The crisis program has a capacity of 10 beds. EBHC services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Crisis counselors and therapists respond to each call, offering emotional support, face-to-face counseling, crisis assessments, and/or referrals.

They encourage respect for self and heritage, support advocacy for quality education, and foster healthy reintegration into new communities. Refugee Youth and Family Services provides a continuum of services to refugee youth including K-12 Case Management, Family Literacy, Early Childhood Education, After School programming, Substance Use Prevention Programming, Tutoring, and Youth Mentoring. During the summer, the program provides a six-week summer program.

Village of Morton Grove provides educational programming and hands-on instruction to maximize safety when operating a vehicle. AARP's "Driver Safety Program" is an eight-hour two-day course for motorists age 55 and older. It focuses on the physical changes that accompany aging and on ways drivers can compensate for these changes in improving their driving skills. Upon completion, drivers may receive a discount on a portion of their automobile insurance. Courses are now offered monthly in Morton Grove. The cost of the course is $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members. In-person registration is required at the American Legion Memorial Civic Center.
