The 12-week Technical Opportunities Program (TOP) focuses on math, test preparation, physical conditioning, basic construction skills, job readiness, and provides hands-on experience.

CareLink discounts the cost of the following services: primary care visits, specialty doctor visits, clinic visits, lab tests, hospital stays and emergency services.Anyone living in Cook County may apply for financial help. They may also receive help applying for other state and federal medical programs. Patients must meet certain eligibility guidelines to qualify. Those who qualify for the program can receive care at Cook County Health with up to 100% discount on the cost of care.

CCAC provides free home visitation, support groups, and supportive services to income qualifying pregnant women and parents with children from birth to age three living in and around Maywood, Hilside, Westchester, Broadview, and Melrose Park.Families are visited in their home by a parent coach who support parents as their child's first teacher. Parents learn about healthy child development and practice parenting techniques to enhance bonding and family well-being. Pregnant women are provided support and resources as they prepare for the birth of their child.

Community Care Outreach provides assistance with applying to CEDA's various utility bill payment and energy services programs. This includes the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Peoples Gas Share the Warmth (Chicago residents only), City of Chicago Utility Billing Relief (UBR) (Chicago residents only), Home Weatherization, and Energy Saving Kits.On November 1, all income eligible households may apply.
