Provides HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia counseling and mobile testing services during evening and late-night hours in locations where high-risk behavior (drug activity, sexual activity, etc.) is known to occur. The program also aims to reduce harm by offering sterile injection supplies and equipment to prevent the transmission of blood-borne infectious diseases and other health complications. Supplies may include sterile needles, syringes, alcohol swabs, and sharps disposal containers, among others, and are available to support safe injection practices, including hormone injection for trans, gender-diverse, and two-spirited individuals. 

Emergency financial assistance to help with mortgage, rent, utilities, clothing, medication bills, etc.

Offers Tuberculosis services which include, chest x-rays, medication, TB skin tests, physician referral and Quantiferon blood testing.

Provides healthy eating and active living programs. Services include free information handouts on healthy eating and other services to promote active living. Other services include kayaking 101, fishing workshop, and nature walks. 

Early Learning Academy Child Care: Provides full-time and part-time childcare, where children can learn foundational skills, develop healthy, trusting relationships, and build self-reliance. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are provided. Youth membership is included with enrollment.

SAFE Before and After School Care: Program provides an inclusive atmosphere where kids are nurtured and encouraged to achieve success both academically and socially. At SAFE kids can get homework help and participate in activities. SAFE is located on school premises and offers homework assistance, enrichment activities, athletic play, and social activities. A snack is served in the morning and afternoon. All SAFE students receive a free youth membership. Flexible attendance options are available.

Summer Camp: Provides a summer camp experience for school-aged children. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack is provided. Children can bring a snack lunch if they wish, but home lunches should not contain nuts.

Provides free home assessments (in-home or virtual) and weatherization program to eligible ComEd clients to assist with energy utility savings. Weatherization improvements made including insulating and air sealing of attics, foundations, walls, and ducts. Also provides free and discounted energy-saving products, including but not limited to, Energy Star certified LEDs, programmable and Energy Star certified smart thermostats, WaterSense certified faucet aerators and showerheads, advanced power strips and smart sockets, door sweeps, hot water pipe insulation, and air filter replacements.

Provides support living services for adults with intellectual developmental disabilities. Program supports the individual to live on his/her own apartment or with family. Supports include recreational, social, dietary, financial, and medical monitoring.

Crisis services include short-term stabilization where a child is at risk of self-harm, or harming others, individual and family psychotherapy/counseling, mental health assessment, case management and resource linkage assistance, and psychiatric services.

Offers early childhood development classes for children ages 2-5. Early learning programs provide social, mental and emotional development as well as physical fitness. Activities are offered in the subjects of art, music, drama, science, math, dramatic play, gym, swimming, and creative movement.

Offers assistance to help residents meet their basic needs, also assists with obtaining a photo ID.

Distributes canned and dry foods, frozen meat, and other refrigerated items. 

Offers to help children in grades 4-12 develop knowledge and skills. Services include learning about citizenship, leadership, cooking, arts and crafts, mechanics and technology, horticulture, agriculture, and other subjects. To teach young people about these subjects, the 4-H program uses the learn-by-doing method of instruction.

Traditional Foster Care for children ages 0-18 whose families are unable or unwilling to meet the minimum standards of parents as defined by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).

Specialized Foster Care provides intensive services to behaviorally challenged children ages 3-18. Relative Foster Care allows children who need to be placed out of their home to be placed with relatives.

Aftercare Program is specially designed to assist children and their families upon their return home from living with a foster family.

Other services include foster parent recruitment, adoption conversions.

Provides website to help those with autism understand and advocate for their own physical and mental health. The website teaches, models, and gives those with autism opportunities to practice skills prior to healthcare visits so they are prepared to answer wellness check questions. Additionally, community providers, healthcare professionals, and caregivers will also find resources for their role in helping the autism community.

Matches youth ages 5-12 with caring, positive, committed, adult role models. The youth (Little) and mentor (Big) meet in the community 2-4 times per month for a minimum of 4 hours and spend time exploring activities they already enjoy and trying some new ones.

Offers pediatrics, well child visits, developmental screenings and guidance on nutrition, growth and safety to support children's well-being up to age 21.
