Examples of common improvements include sealing cracks, insulating attics, or repairing windows and doors. All improvements are completed at no cost to the homeowner.

Additional priority is given to households with elderly, disabled, and young children.

Offers to match the caller’s legal problem with available resources, such as advice, extended representation, or referral. For most low-income applicants. Callers are screened for eligibility, and a determination is made whether eligible callers have a legal problem that falls within the priorities. If the caller’s legal problem is eligible for review for extended services, the caller is referred to one of our five regional offices. If the callers are not eligible for referral to a regional office, attorneys provide the caller with immediate advice or quick access to other information and resources.

Provides in home medical services. Services include but not limited to skilled nursing, medication management, therapy (OT, PT, ST), and medical social worker services.

Prevention, diversion, and intervention services targeting youth to stabilize families in crisis, prevent juvenile delinquency, and divert youth at risk of involvement in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems.

Provides a wide range of primary healthcare services for infants, children, and teenagers, including treatment for common illnesses, management of chronic conditions, preventive care, immunizations, and mental and behavioral health support.

Works with families and caregivers who are at risk due to a report of abuse or neglect. Provides home-based case management services. These services are designed to resolve these issues so that children and youth can remain safely at home.

An assessment identifies needs and provides services that include but are not limited to home based case management, counseling, parent education, protective daycare, substance abuse treatment, mental health services, emergency assistance, advocacy, healthcare, and assistance with transportation to services.

Offers trained volunteers appointed by a judge to speak for abused and neglected children via the court.

CASAs are committed to a child and their case until the child is placed in a safe and permanent home.

Provides residential group home services where individuals with developmental disabilities receive 24-hour supervision. Can also provide supported living services in apartment settings with temporary supervision for individuals who have developed the skills to live more independently. 

Offers a member-directed group of retirement-age people who seek new learning experiences. Members, regardless of their education, continue to learn in an informal, flexible, and non-competitive environment with individual participation. Rekindling old interests and pursue new ones at a reasonable cost without being concerned about credits, grades, exams, or prerequisites. Provides delivery of hot meals to home-bound seniors. Additional frozen meals available to be used for dinner and on weekends.

Offers a free and confidential crisis line for veterans. Can also help with local suicide prevention coordinators, who can connect veterans to ongoing counseling and services in their area.
