Provides emergency financial assistance to residents who are in need, including:
- Rental and utility assistance
- Employed clients who have transportation issues
Residents can receive assistance up to three times. Each time must be 18 months apart.
- First time applicants qualify for up to $400 of assistance
- Second time applicants qualify for up to $250 of assistance
- Third (and last) time applicants qualify for up to $150 of assistance
Applicants are required to participate in a financial session before receiving funds.

This benefit can only be applied for once every 12 months.
