Provides support services to those emergency shelter clients unprepared to live independently without additional life-skills training, in order to prepare them for a smooth transition into the community.

Women with children residing at the domestic violence shelter are eligible for the Transitional Housing program. Participants of this program move from shelter to a transitional housing apartment where they can live for up to two years while being provided with support services.

The Hoyleton Campus and Schippel House are residential care facilities for functionally delayed youth.
Hoyleton Campus offers:
- Every child and adolescent receives individual therapy, life skills training, ongoing education, and developing social skills with peers through various settings.
- Youth attend public schools during the academic year and summer school is offered on campus.
- The main goal is to transition the children to living with their family or traditional foster care setting.
Schippel House offers:
- Private bedrooms, common areas for gathering and meal times, and a sensory room.
- Youth attend local public schools with access to a skilled clinician at all times.

Provides transitional housing with supportive services to those who are homeless. Some supportive services include:

The goal of transitional housing is to help individuals or couples achieve self sufficiency and increase their skills and income.
Case management designed for adolescents who are at risk of becoming homeless upon emancipation from DCFS. Services include assistance with locating/maintaining housing, employment, and other items necessary to sustain independence within the community.

Program provides monthly subsidies to clients for rent, food, and utilities while the client either works full time or attends school. While in the program, clients receive up to 7 hours per week of case management services, which focus heavily on teaching clients to shop, budget, and prioritize among other independent living skills.

Temporary housing for veterans for up to 90 days while they find and secure permanent housing. Currently can house 11 male veterans in Lincoln and 9 male or female veterans in Bloomington. Limited accommodations possible for families.
While in the GPD program, Veterans will receive several services:

- Access to either prepared meals or food pantry items.

Case/Care Management
A transitional living center for homeless veterans who want a chance to rebuild their lives. Many veterans enroll after undergoing intensive substance abuse treatment. Clients must undergo a screening process and abide by all rules while a part of the center. Graduates are encouraged to enroll in TLS-Aftercare, a program that offers ongoing support and crisis intervention within the community.

GRANT PER DIEM GPD BRIDGE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR VETERANS | SALVATION ARMY LINCOLN 360 LIFE CENTER
Provides transitional housing for veterans.
A family style home designed to empower single, unwed mothers through continued education, vocational & hands on experience. A combination of structured independence, skill training, and life coaching will provide a home for the homeless, and the opportunity to build a stable future for themselves and their children. The program will require mom's to participate & complete: parenting classes, nutrition, pre-postnatal care, living skills, financing, healthy coping & relationship skills, yoga & art therapy, counseling and bible study.
Each mom will be assigned a case manager who will help develop, design, and implement an individualized "life plan".
