Provides monthly financial aid for township residents in need. Helps pay towards rent, utilities, or medical expenses. Intended for individuals who meet one of the following criteria: - Cannot work due to medical condition - Experiencing income or job loss due to circumstances outside of their control. Must be actively seeking employment. - Have applied for government assistance and are waiting for approval
Offers one-time financial aid to help township residents prevent eviction or utility disconnection. Assistance includes past due rent or mortgage, utility disconnection, or prescription medication.
Offers monthly financial support for Waukegan and Shields Township residents who are indigent and cannot work. Provides support for rent, utilities, medical expenses, and other basic needs.
