Limited prescription expense assistance.
Provides limited financial assistance for the purchase of prescription medication through the DuPage Medical Assistance Program (DPMAP) for those that are not covered by health insurance or other discount programs.
Provides an Emergency Assistance Program is designed to alleviate life-threatening circumstances and to assist a person in attaining/maintaining self-sufficiency. Offers assistance with the following: - Prescriptions - Funeral & Burial - Housing/Rental - Utility - Transportation - ID’s - Employment assistance
Offers financial aid to help Township residents avoid loss of home, job, or utilities. Funds are available once every two years and provide help to meet basic needs, including: - Preventing eviction or past due rent/mortgage - Preventing utility disconnection - Work-related expense necessary to getting or keeping a job (for example, uniform or licensing fees) - Cost of prescription medication *Amount of assistance determined on a case-by-case basis. *Program does not disburse cash; all funds will be paid directly to vendors.
