House of Welcome Adult Day Services provides services for people with early memory loss, including mild cognitive impairment and early Alzheimer's disease or other dementia. There are various activities related to the day's theme, including cognitive exercises, creative arts therapies, discussion/reminiscence, and more.
Imagine the Possibilities provides day habilitation services in the communities of Edgewood and Guttenberg. Individuals have the choice to participate in a variety of volunteer activities, community activities, and leisure activities with assistance from staff.
The Spectrum Network offers a day habitation program with services that include: therapeutic activities; assistance with activities of daily living; social and health enhancement related services; wellness and nutrition; and mental stimulation.
The Seniors Club provides a day program that supports the health, nutritional, social, and daily living needs of disabled or older adults and provides respite for their caregivers in a non-residential setting.
Chicago Commons' Adult Day Services (ADS) center provides a professional care setting in which seniors and adults with disabilities are transported to the center to receive individualized care in a community-based group setting. They provide preventive care, health monitoring, and skilled nursing services for up to 80 individuals daily. Staff includes a Registered Nurse daily, Monday through Friday.Other services include nutritious meals, wheel-chair accessible transportation, physical exercise and range of motion activities, and recreational and social activities.
Shore Community Services offers a Community Day Services program for adults with intellectual or other developmental disabilities who need more assistance in their daily activities. The program is designed to provide training in adaptive daily living skills and prevocational job skills.
White Crane's Adult Day Wellness Program is a nurturing environment designed to care for older adults and provide new opportunities for personal growth and well-being. Socialization is encouraged through group interactions, structured programs, and physical activity. ?The Program offers caregivers a "necessary break" from providing companionship and supervision.
Barrington Area Council On Aging (BACOA) provides an "A Day Out" adult day program for those with mild cognitive or physical impairments and early-stage memory loss. Participants can connect and engage with others, and care partners get the opportunity to run errands, have lunch with friends or just focus on their own well-being.
The EAGLES Adult Day Program provides therapeutic recreation for adults with developmental disabilities through community outings, and social interaction with peers. Each day includes a physical fitness component, guidance in making healthy choices, a recreational activity, and lunch.
Daytime care for adults living with conditions or diagnoses that include some form of cognitive decline and need support throughout the day. Services include life-enriching activities, socialization, medical monitoring, weekday snacks and noon meals.
Holistic Community Outreach Center in Chicago is a daycare center for senior citizens 60 years and above.
Seniors participate in enrichment activities at a full-day community center to enhance their physical, mental, and social well-being. Safe transportation via CASL bus is provided along with nutritious meals. A licensed Social Worker and a Registered Nurse are on staff.
North Center provides an adult day training program for clients for as long as it is needed, regardless of their skill levels. Physical, speech therapy, social work and nursing services are available when necessary. North Center's Adult Day Service Program is funded by the Department of Human Services, private funds, and donations. The program serves individuals with developmental disabilities. Their staff works with clients and their families/guardians to help them develop individual Service Plans that will meet their specific needs.

CJE SeniorLife's Adult Day Services (ADS) addresses the needs of older adults to help them remain in the community for as long as possible. With a person-centered approach, they support older adults living with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and related conditions across varied stages. The program is also designed for older adults who are experiencing physical limitations or are socially isolated.
