St. John's Adult Day Program: Enjoyable social setting for individuals challenged by memory loss, dementia, and/or physical disabilities, lunch and nursing oversight included as well as variety of activities, exercise and entertainment. Also, provides respite for family caregivers.

North Center provides an adult day training program for clients for as long as it is needed, regardless of their skill levels. Physical, speech therapy, social work and nursing services are available when necessary. North Center's Adult Day Service Program is funded by the Department of Human Services, private funds, and donations. The program serves individuals with developmental disabilities. Their staff works with clients and their families/guardians to help them develop individual Service Plans that will meet their specific needs.

Lawndale Christian Health Center (LCHC) offers comprehensive services and programs to help seniors thrive in every area of life. Their specialized care includes the Senior Clinic, Senior Day Services, social events, insurance help, resources for caregivers, in-home care, transportation, PACE, and more.

Chicago Commons' Adult Day Services (ADS) center provides a professional care setting in which seniors and adults with disabilities are transported to the center to receive individualized care in a community-based group setting. They provide preventive care, health monitoring, and skilled nursing services for up to 80 individuals daily. Staff includes a Registered Nurse daily, Monday through Friday.Other services include nutritious meals, wheel-chair accessible transportation, physical exercise and range of motion activities, and recreational and social activities.

Adult Learning Day Program: Curricula ranges from teaching basic sills for independent living, to more advanced skills needed to find a job, maintain personal finances and achieve self-reliance.

Seniors participate in enrichment activities at a full-day community center to enhance their physical, mental, and social well-being. Safe transportation via CASL bus is provided along with nutritious meals. A licensed Social Worker and a Registered Nurse are on staff.
